  • Shipping a Booking.com-style travel reservations platform end-to-end with Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL — search, filtering, booking flow, and admin tooling.
  • Architecting features against a multi-vendor inventory and pricing model, keeping critical booking paths fast under heavy filtering and date-range queries.
  • Hunting performance regressions and tech debt as part of feature work — refactoring hot paths, tightening queries, and trimming bundle size.

  • Led a small engineering team to ship two enterprise systems in 6 months — Amzad Food ERP and the Campus Transfer multi-portal admissions platform.
  • Architected and built the complete backend for Campus Transfer — four interconnected portals (student, admin, partner, public site) with role-based access and end-to-end admissions workflow.
  • Built inventory and e-commerce backend modules for the Amzad Food ERP, plus the inventory management frontend, handling real stock and order operations.
  • Owned backend architecture and code review while delegating frontend work to junior developers — keeping both projects unblocked and on schedule.
